Vani Mallah
Vani Mallah is a Registered Physiotherapist with more than 16 years of clinical experience helping people improve movement, strength, confidence, and quality of life.
Since completing her Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy in India in 2010, Vani's experience has spanned orthopedic, neurological, sports, geriatric, paediatric, cardiorespiratory, and pelvic health rehabilitation. She has worked with a wide range of concerns including back and neck pain, arthritis, sciatica, sports injuries, post-surgical recovery, neurological conditions, pelvic health concerns, TMJ disorders, concussion, dizziness, vestibular conditions, and balance problems. Her additional training includes pelvic health physiotherapy, RAPID NeuroFascial Reset, fascial release, Graston/IASTM, acupuncture, dry needling, cupping, Mulligan and McKenzie techniques, TMJ care, concussion and vestibular rehabilitation, orthotics, and therapeutic exercise.
Why Motiva
After years of clinical practice, Vani founded Motiva Physiotherapy & Rehab Centre with a simple goal: to create a welcoming clinic where people feel heard, understood, and genuinely supported throughout their recovery.
She believes physiotherapy should help people not only feel better, but also build the strength, confidence, and knowledge they need to return to the activities that matter most to them.
Outside the Clinic
Outside of work, Vani enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, reading, exploring new places, and spending time in nature. She especially enjoys being near the beach and finding time to recharge away from the clinic.
