About Motiva

Motiva Physiotherapy & Rehab Centre is a multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic in Half Moon Bay, Barrhaven.

We are looking for a compassionate, motivated and patient-focused Registered or Resident Physiotherapist to join our growing team.

Our focus is on personalized, evidence-informed care and creating a professional, welcoming environment for both patients and clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physiotherapy assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-informed physiotherapy treatment
• Prescribe and supervise therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients about their condition, recovery and self-management
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as required
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with other members of the rehabilitation team
• Maintain professional standards, patient confidentiality and informed consent

Qualifications

• Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution
• Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, or eligible for registration
• Professional liability insurance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient-centred and professional approach to care
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Registered Physiotherapists, Resident Physiotherapists and newer graduates are encouraged to apply.

Clinical Interests & Additional Training

Experience or additional training in the following areas is considered an asset, but is not required:

• Orthopedics
• Sports rehabilitation
• Pelvic health
• Vestibular rehabilitation
• Concussion management
• TMJ
• Manual therapy
• Dry needling
• Acupuncture

Schedule

Both full-time and part-time availability will be considered. Scheduling is flexible and will be discussed based on candidate availability and clinic needs.
